Shop-NC.com is a website of Shop Carolina, Inc, the
sole owner of the information collected on this website. We
only have access to information provided voluntarily to us and we will not
sell or rent this information to anyone. We won't send you
email spam and we won't provide your email address to anyone - let alone anyone
who might ever send you spam. Period. We hate spam as much as you do!

Shop Carolina uses the secure shopping cart services
of Americart, one of the premier third-party shopping cart service
providers on the Internet. When you place an order from our websites, the
secure servers at Americart encrypt and transmit this information using
the state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology of VeriSign®.
The secure servers at Americart are tested and certified daily to pass McAfeeSECURE®
security scan and the shopping cart displays a "live" McAfeeSECURE®
mark at checkout.
When you are on an SSL-protected page, a picture of a "closed
lock" appears at the bottom or top of some Web browsers. Another way
to know if you are on a secure page is to look at the web address (URL) of
the page. The address box of secure SSL-encrypted pages have URLs starting
with https rather than of http.
For added security, we use technology to compare the billing address you
provide Shop Carolina with the billing address on file with the issuer of
your credit card. If they do not match, we may contact you for
clarification.
Shop Carolina does not store your credit card number on it's computers and
the secure servers at Americart do not reuse any of the information you
enter. That means each time you place an order, you must re-enter your
credit card, billing and shipping information.
