| The Coates Waters Edge Suites are perfect for serious Martin landlords. Featuring larger (6” x 12”) two-room compartments, these houses help increase fledgling rates while reducing predators. Waters Edge Suites are available in 4, 6 and 8 room models. All units have Free Shipping! Crescent shaped entry holes allow martins to enter while keeping starlings out. The birds enter the inner nest room via a second hole. All of Coates designs feature: 100% aluminum and stainless steel construction; hinged doors for easy access; polished, reflective roof; wide porches - with perches; ventilated roofs - with perches; and a solid pole mounting bracket. Choose between two matching 12-foot telescoping poles. The HD-12 heavy-duty pole is recommended for the 8-room house. A 24” ground socket is also available for the heavy duty pole.
